I purchased tickets but now want a table!

General Admission ticket holder​s​ ​who​ now ​want​ a table, must first purchase the table​ package​, then their original purchase will be refunded. If there are multiple tickets that need to be refunded, the table ​purchased​ must
​email us the full names of the additional guests. The additional guests ​then ​must email tables@grandiosegroup.com from the email address they ​used to make​ the ​original ​purchase and those tickets will also be refunded. The amount of tickets refunded will depend on the table package purchased
​.​

PRE-REGISTRATION INFO

If you wish to avoid long lines at check-in we recommend you pre-register for the event. Pre-Registration begins at 2:00 PM in the Metropolitan Ballroom of The Liaison Hotel. You will receive your wristbands and be allowed preferred access into the event.

Kindly note for your security, wristbands will be released at the admission desk ONLY to the person who purchased the tickets upon presenting photo ID & the credit card used to make the reservation.

IS VALET PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, $25 Per Vehicle

IS COAT CHECK AVAILABLE?

Yes , $5 Per Item. Cash Only

DRINK PURCHASES

Prepaid tickets will be required for all drinks served at the bars. Multiple ticket stations will be located in the Pre-Function room for purchase. Cash & Major Credit Cards Accepted. Please bring plenty of cash for drink ticket purchases.

All online ticket sales are final. No cancellations or refunds on tickets for any reason.
